Gassho rei, the way of greeting in Shorinji Kempo

Shorinji Kempo starts with Gassho rei and end in it.

Punching exercise

Punch followed by kick right away
Guard and counterattack
Kicking mitt exercise. You can feel confidense in your power when you kick it right in the position.
 
Punching exersize with gloves. Fixing your standpoint, use your upper body to sway and counterattack.

Randori with protector

For safety, we use various kind of protectors.
Those well experienced may not use protectors.

Enbu and jukka, technical develpoment
